So many want to know how to start the lifestyle of that of the Alkaline Vegan? This post provides a summary of how she got started. It is not perfect and a work in progress. Please download or copy and paste and save as a word document to refer to:

Below are a few tips you can use to be successful with this lifestyle. My success can be attributed to following suggestions.
* • Make a firm decision in your mind that you will be committed to following the Nutritional Guide and suggestions from Dr. Sebi 100%. If you want to slowly transition into the lifestyle, your progress will be slow and not as effective. Prepare yourself mentally FIRST before you start your new way of eating.
* • Preparation is key to experiencing success. Prepare by researching on the internet or asking friends. You-tube Dr. Sebi and spend some time listening to him discuss various topics. I spent hours listening to his videos, sometimes until 2-3:00 in the morning. Read about Dr. Sebi and the study the science behind the electrical lifestyle. Connect with the Alkaline Vegan Girls, Alkaline Vegan Lifestyle Before and After, Cellular Smoothie Detox, Dr. Sebi healing & information. These are support groups to help you during your transition. I learned everything from you-tube and these groups on Facebook. Utilize the SEARCH tool in all of these groups to search out information. Research the benefits of the various herbs, fruits, vegetable, nuts, and oils. Read about Dr. Sebi’s Cell Food.
* • DOWNLOAD the Nutrition Guide. ONLY eat foods from the Nutritional Guide.
* • After you are certain that you’re ready for change, purchase the items that you will need to store and cook your food, herbs, fruits, vegetable, oils and nuts. Please note that this is NOT a fast food lifestyle and preparing your meals take time and effort. Utilizing fresh foods require different handling and prep time. Research where to find your Spring water, herbs, food and other items in your area. Know that fruits and vegetable are seasonal so you may not be able to always have them available to you. Don’t forget to use the internet to find products. Utilize the search tool to learn where to purchase food, herbs in your area. Avoid wasting money by being a sharp shopper and only buy enough use before food spoil or go bad.
* • Pay attention to your body. Notice small subtle changes and record your progress. If you follow the Nutritional Guide 100%, drink the gallon of Spring water/day and start the Dr. Sebi Cell Food in week 2, I am certain you will notice changes.
* • BE POSITIVE. Reframe from people who have a defeated or negative attitude towards the lifestyle. When you become challenged or fall off the wagon, don’t beat yourself up, just get your mind right and get back on track and JUST DO IT!!!

Consider MEDITATION in the morning. If you have never done meditation, start out with 5 minutes of just sitting quietly with no background noise. Google meditation to learn and understand the benefits..

Eat Fruit for breakfast until 12:00 noon ( plan your day carefully to avoid getting hungry) It is very important to have enough fruit to eat every two hours.
Lunch salad with approved toppings, tomatoes, green onions, red, green, yellow or red peppers, add hemp and/or sesame seeds. You can add walnuts or brazil nuts
Dinner eat quinoa cooked with grapeseed oil, onion powder, sea salt to taste and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper Chickpeas cook with grape seed oil, onion powder, oregano, sea salt with or without cayenne pepper for taste
Experiment with cooked foods. Reserve cooked foods for dinner to avoid having to warm up food. NO MICROWAVE!!!
Drink (2) 64 oz of Spring Water (see the approved waters with the highest pH. Drink water constantly.

Water Drink 16 oz of water the minute you get out of bed. Keep a bottle of water near your bed at night.

Things like a reduction in blood pressure, skin clearing up, teeth are whiter, no more bleeding gums when you floss, smell of your waste disappears, sleeping better, mental clarity improves, less anxiety, vision improves, medical symptoms disappears etc. If you take medication for high blood pressure, monitor your blood pressure once per week. If you start noticing that your pressure is going down, inform your doctor. Tapering off can begin.
